A 90 minute gentler asana & yoga nidra practice from June 2020, offered as part of the Big Body Positive Movement & Wellness Series. Focus is on fluid flow and breath. Bring your favorite props to the mat and extra blankets; you'll spend portion of class in supine meditation on your sankalpa, or true heartfelt desire.
